Key Responsibilities:


Assist with daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journals. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Process SST submissions and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Support the preparation and issuance of e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN guidelines. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure completeness of supporting documents. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries as required. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or queries. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.


Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates may be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting Software, SAP and etc) is an advantage. Knowledge of SST regulations and LHDN's e-Invoice framework is preferred. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Able to work independently and within a team environment. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
