Assist in accounts and administrative related functions:
Checking a processing payment request,
Ensure all payment documents are submitted and processed on time,
Capture all accounting entries in accounts,
Assist in closing of the monthly management accounts,
Perform all necessary reconciliation eg bank, supplier etc,
Prepare all necessary accouting listing and schedule eg Fixed Assets, Master Rental etc,
Assist in periodic and year end stocks take,
Daily admin works,
To perform any ad-hoc duties & tasks as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
At least a SPM, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience.
At least 1 year and above related working experience.
Proficient in Mircrosoft Excel and accounting system such as SQL.
Must have own transport.
Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara
