Handle daily accounting records, data entry, and filing
Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents
Assist in monthly closing, account reconciliation, and basic reports
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Male / Female candidates are welcome
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in accounting or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Able to communicate in
Chinese
Knowledge of
English and Bahasa Malaysia
will be an added advantage
