Job description
1. To perform coding and keying-in of accounting transactions into SQL, maintaining and updating accounts records and ensuring accuracy of data.
2. To prepare and process invoices, monitor cash flows, projection and accounts receivable to ensure timely cash inflow and outflow.
3. To reconcile accounts, verify transactions and resolve discrepancies.
4. To assist with the preparation of financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
5. To assist with payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Insurance, expenses reports, audit preparation, filing, documentation and communication with external auditors, tax agent, bankers, insurance brokers, government agencies and clients.
6. To carry out other ad hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time.
