Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, document filing, and the maintenance and updating of accurate accounting records in a timely manner. Maintain customer data and filing. Assist and update accounts receivable, perform follow-ups on outstanding payments, and provide regular collection status updates. Perform credit control functions by monitoring customer credit limits, conducting CTOS checks to assess creditworthiness, and ensuring timely collection of payments to minimize credit risk. Assist in managing petty cash, including the preparation of petty cash reports, processing reimbursements, and verifying staff claims. Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and related companies, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Support month-end closing activities and other basic accounting tasks as needed. Provide assistance in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting schedules. Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing for all financial records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing industry would be a value-added point. All tasks will be properly guided by seniors and superior, however, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, mature, and results-oriented is required. Proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to start immediately.
