highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance department in daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting records of the company.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and supplier payments.
Assist in preparing monthly & annual financial reports.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and updated.
Provide support for accounting and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
Fresh graduates
are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
