Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for recording financial transactions, handling invoices and payments, maintaining records, assisting in reports, and supporting smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Accounting & Data Entry



Record daily financial transactions into accounting system. Maintain accurate bookkeeping of invoices, receipts, and payments. Update general ledger and assist in preparing financial statements.
2.

Accounts Payable & Receivable



Prepare and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers. Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts to customers. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with debtors/creditors.
3.

Banking & Cash Management



Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and daily cash flow records. Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.
4.

Administrative Support



File and maintain accounting documents for audit and compliance. Assist in preparing monthly reports for management. Support auditors, tax agents, or external parties when needed.
5.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure proper documentation for SST/GST, payroll, and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.). Follow company policies, financial regulations, and deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
