Job Description


Responsibility

  • Ensure that all relevant information w.r.t the financial records of the company is captured and reconciled timeously and accurately on Pastel and the financial spreadsheet
  • Ensure daily that information captured on the system is accurate
  • Liaise and follow up on outstanding queries and information on Pastel and the financial spreadsheet as and when required to ensure query resolution within 24 hours
  • Ensure that all administrative responsibilities are executed and up to date.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Finance Administration/Accounting or relevant course.
  • MS Office Excel Intermediate
  • 3 - 4 years Accounts Assistant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
