Abang UsedCar Sdn Bhd is a fast pace company that are expanding rapidly now. We are specialist in pre-owned cars and are creating something unique towards the market.We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven Admin & HR assistant to be part of our team. You\'ll play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.What do we need from you?

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good attitude and responsible character. Very important needed
  • Screening and arrange for talent recruitment
  • Team development
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Good with number and SQL software system
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate
  • Handle basic accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
  • Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company\'s general ledger
  • Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
  • Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
  • Assist with the preparation of cheque/online payment for rental/utilities and other disbursements
  • Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
