Account Assistant Responsibilities:



Providing support to the Accounting Department; Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc; Handling communications with clients/student and vendors via phone, email, and in-person; Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc; Preparing financial reports; Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies; Assisting with student loan repayment collection; To participate in special projects; Create and update expense reports; and To perform such other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Unit/Department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
