We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Account Assistant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage daily accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents.
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Support the preparation of audit and tax documents.
Perform data entry and filing of accounting records.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and banks when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently with attention to detail.
