Job Description


  • \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist senior accounts executive day-to-day accounting transactions & activities such as filing, record, etc.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related tasks.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any related to the accounts.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation for timely closing of monthly account for management review.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation for Director & office staff\xe2\x80\x99s claims.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation for monthly inter-co billing.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventories relevant job - issue invoice, delivery order, credit note for stock.
Requirement
  • \xc2\xb7 Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Business or currently pursuing professional qualification in accountancy; Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;
  • \xc2\xb7 Good accounting & organising skills
  • \xc2\xb7 Fast & effective : high accuracy required
  • \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently or as a team
  • \xc2\xb7 Have experience using accounting software will be beneficial
  • \xc2\xb7 Required to speak and read in Mandarin and English
