To assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, filing and documentation
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and journal entries accurately
Assist in month-end closing activities and bank reconciliation.
Maintain and update accounting records and files in an organized manner
Handle SST submission and related documentation in accordance with government regulations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management summaries
Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards
Support implementation and monitoring of
e-Invoicing
system as per LHDN requirements
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts Executive or Finance Manager
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of working experience in accounting or related field
Knowledge of: SST (Sales & Service Tax)
computation and submission
E-Invoicing system
(preferred)
SQL Accounting System
or other accounting software
Basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good analytical skills, responsible and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
