Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Prepare invoices, payments, and receipts Maintain accurate financial records and filing Assist in preparing monthly financial reports Support the accountant/finance team with ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:



Minimum

Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or related field

1 year of relevant experience

(fresh graduates may also apply)

Basic knowledge of accounting software

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and

Must be able to speak and read Chinese

(to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers and handle documentation) Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Able to work independently and as part of a team
