Job Description

Responsibilities



Oversee and supervise the overall accounts payable function and payment arrangement.

Responsible for data entry, preparing suppliers aging report and liaise with the suppliers for accounts reconciliation.

To handle banking facilities, monitor daily funds available and ensure sufficient fund for payment and online fund transfer.

Liaise with suppliers, bankers and operations staff.

Handle renewal of annual insurance policy and insurance claims.

Prepare monthly payment arrangement for rental, hire purchase, utility bills etc.

To assist in other ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements



At least a Diploma holder in Finance/Accounts with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.

Working location to be based at 10 Mile, Kuching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
