Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an organize and dedicated Account Assistant to join our Account Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing account transactions related to account department. They work closely with the Account Team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department's operations. Here are the key responsibilities and skills associated with this position:

The Job:-

Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Spot and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ensuring that records are accurate. Preparing account and reports on time. Undertaking project or ad hoc job when as required from time to time.

Requirements

Possess at least Diploma in Accounting or with relevant working experience in commercial line. Keen eye for details and meticulous in data processing. Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes. Good interpersonal and communication skill. Knowledge in SQL Accounting software would be a plus. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
