Account Assistant
Job Description
Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Key in all receiving transactions, including cash, online transfer and from E-wallet platforms, into accounting software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile POS system invoices, identify discrepancies and liaise with all outlets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Do monthly bank reconciliation and maintain proper filing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other duties assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Accounting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate that are willing to learn and ready for career development are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable with experience using AutoCount. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good personality and team player.
