Job Description

1. Raise daily journal vouchers. 2. Key in daily invoice transactions. 3. Check invoices are correctly keyed-in. 4. Issue payment vouchers. 5. Key in payment and petty cash vouchers. 6. Check vouchers are correctly keyed-in. 7. Check and record daily sales. 8. Prepare bank reconciliation. 9. Handle cash sales. 10. Prepare daily and monthly sales report 11. arrange authorized refund vouchers
MAS Awana was formerly known as MAS Catering (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. It was incorporated on 2nd January 1996 and commenced its operations on 1st July 1996 to cater in-flight meals for Malaysia Airlines flights departing from Kuching. In 2012 MAS Awana expanded its services to cater in-flight meals for MASwings, Malaysia Airlines and foreign carriers at Kota Kinabalu. It then built another Centralized Production Unit (CPU) located at Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi Business Park, Sepang on 1st April 2013 to cater food and beverages for Malaysia Airlines\xe2\x80\x99 Golden Lounges at KLIA. Our company are certified by Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MeSTI) and certified HALAL by JAKIM.
