Account Assistant (kuching Sarawak)

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Support with month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Help maintain accurate records for audits and tax filings
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments
  • Assist in general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Autocount
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
