Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with the AutoCount accounting system
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• High integrity, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Perform daily accounting data entry, including accounts payable and receivable
• Handle invoice processing and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger records
• Prepare and update accounting schedules and reports
• Support month-end closing activities, audits and tax filing
• Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards [MFRS])
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, internal auditors, the company secretary, and regulatory authorities
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
