Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
Fresh grade are welcome to apply.
Mininum 1- 3 years' experience in accounting and administration (full set accounts preferred)
Prefer language : Malays, English and Mandarin
Proficient in SQL Accounting, knowledge of e-Invoicing and Microsoft Excel/Word is an advantage
Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST, income tax, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing).
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
Handle tax submissions (SST, income tax) and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
Perform administrative duties such as documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
Support HR functions including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
