Job Description

We are an established Information Technology based service provider in Malaysia. We are currently looking for highly motivated candidates with strong technical and analytical skills to achieve the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the general accounting-related functions and ad-hoc duties assigned.
• To handle full set accounts.
• Preparing Bank Reconcilation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers on regulatory matters, and others if required.
• Prepare/review invoices to customers
• Prepare statement of accounts to customers and perform debtors reconciliation
• Prepare/review payment vouchers to service providers, suppliers and contractors
• Prepare creditors reconciliation
• Notify suppliers, service providers, agents and contractors when payments are ready for collection or payments have been made
• Order stationery and handle administrative work including ordering supplies
• Manage day to day administration tasks on operation matters
• Update and assist in managing the statutory document preparation
• Prepare documents for audit & answering audit/tax queries
• Any other duties that fall within the scope of the post as allocated by the senior management of the company

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently, responsible, self motivated.
