We are looking for a full time office staff In Melaka Krubong as our Malaysia Local Liaison for TehTung China. Here are the qualifications and responsibilities:
1. Speak and write Chinese, English, Malay
2. Minimum 3-5 years experiences in accounting and bookkeeping.
3. Full time work Monday to Friday . Some overtime may be required.
4. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words are required, and Accounting software, especially Quickbooks Software is preferred.
5. Responsible for daily book keeping of expenses and filing, and submit monthly report.
6. Communicate with local manufacturers of loading container records, collect packing list and commercial invoices.
7. Review purchase orders, product ordered and shipped quantity, and prepare invoices and packing list.
8. Working closely with our China Accounting managers, US accounting managers, and local Product Manager for accurate information.
9. Provide cost analysis and cost comparison reports.
10. Prepare Monthly Financial Reports
