SUMMARY Performs routine and daily clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties by following established procedures to accomplish duties. Advice and assistance are readily available and difficulty or any problems must be referred to the immediate superior. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for daily sales collection control in spreadsheet and batch confirmation in MLM and other collection control. 2. Proper records of every collection and confirmation of bank-in status. 3. SIV checking and master copy filing with completed signature for auditing purpose. 4. Rebate voucher control with listing and proper filing after redeemed chop. 5. Prepare filing for payment voucher with complete attachment with relevant documents and accounting code for issue cheque. 6. To arrange for cheque distribution and ensure proper documentation attached with the payment voucher. 7. Prepare payment listing and to ensure the cheques released are properly recorded in Accounting system. 8. Proper filing for payment voucher and outstanding bill. 9. Key in data into Accounting System/MLM, whenever related. 10. To perform monthly reconciliation/summary for selected expenses accounts. 11. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or the Company.
