Account Assistant
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process monthly billing, claims and payment \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count. \xe2\x80\xa2 To run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on timely basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring cash flows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad hoc task or assignment when required. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year accounting experience in manufacturing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling AUTOCOUNT accounting system is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge in accounting double entries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously identify ways to improve processes to increase efficiency.
