Job Description



Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks

Key Responsibilities



Responsible to process payment to vendor in a timely manner Resolve any AP related discrepancies, including dealing with Vendor and Operation Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status Responsible on the handling of petty cash, reimbursement and staff claim payment Prepare supplier reconciliation Responsible for daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report Responsible for updating records, sorting and filing of documents Responsible for data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements



Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related professional accounting qualification Minimum 1 year working experience Microsoft, SAP and other accounting software Work independently, trustable with minimum supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
