Responsible for monthly payroll processing
Involved in the preparation and posting of journal/ voucher and invoice checking
To receive and process all invoices, expenses claim forms and request for payment
To perform posting for account receivable and account payable
Involved in the preparation of Management Reports (Costing or Accounting)
Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow budget and daily cash flow management
To perform bank reconciliation, creditor statement reconciliation and etc
To carry out any other ad hoc assignment as and when assigned by Immediate Superior or Management
Job Requirement:
Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
Able to handle full set account
Able to perform cost analysis
Required skill: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel is highly desired)
Self- motivated and able to work independently
Demonstrate commitment to accuracy and paying attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
