We are seeking a Part-Time Admin cum Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, attention to detail, and a friendly half-day environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales / Purchase invoice , Bank Recon, Aging
P & L , balance sheet
Record petty cash and staff claims accurately
Prepare simple financial reports and payment summaries
Assist in filing, documentation, and updating records
Support HR and admin tasks when required
Liaise with suppliers and clients for billing matters
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
1 year working experience preferred (interns / fresh grads welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / SQL / QuickBooks
Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
