Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in handling daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice and payment processing. Support in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Maintain accurate records and filing of all accounting documents. Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of company expenses. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting and billing matters. Support the finance team in any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in

Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field

.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, good analytical and time management skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
