Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary and above or related fields
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand in Mandarin.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Secondary Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduates/ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes filing paperwork, maintaining records, managing expenses, and handling other day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting as appropriate
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Provide support to other team members as required
