Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary and above or related fields
Must be able to speak, read and understand in Mandarin.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Secondary Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience: Fresh Graduates/ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes filing paperwork, maintaining records, managing expenses, and handling other day-to-day tasks.
Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting as appropriate
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Provide support to other team members as required
