Assist in the day-to day operations and activities of the account department (eg. preparing delivery order)
Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and on time based on sales orders and contracts
Maintain details and accurate customer accounts and financial records (account receivable)
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues
Monitor and reconcile stock control inventory
Any other duties as and assigned by superior
Requirements
Candidate must at least posses a LCCI/Higher/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounting field
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel / SQL
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines
Posses a high level of integrity, initiative and commitment
Able to write and converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
