Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on the preparation of financial documents such as prepare invoice to customers, process suppliers bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, reports and other financial records for entry into accounting software.
• Record and apply customer payments accordingly into accounting software.
• Perform checks on staff and technician expense claims to ensure they are accurate, properly documented, and in accordance with company reimbursement policies.
• Ensure timely processing and preparation of all payment requests, including staff claims and statutory payment.
• Handle internal and external vendor correspondences via email and provide supports to colleagues as needed.
• Assist by preparing any related reports for monthly closing of accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and labelling of all related financial documents.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
