Job Description

:



Assist in preparing and maintaining financial documents including invoices, receipts, and payment records. Enter and update financial data in accounting software and spreadsheets. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support payroll processing and maintain employee expense records. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues. Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents. Assist the accounting team with audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities as needed.

Job Requirement:



Possess minimum Diploma in related field 1 year of experience will be an added advantage Possess pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to maintain confidentiality always. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
