We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable Assistant (AR)

to join our Finance team. This role gives you the opportunity to grow your career in accounting while gaining real, hands-on experience in invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate invoices on time. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on balances to ensure payments stay on track. Communicate professionally with customers to secure timely collections. Generate clear AR aging reports and statements to help management understand collection progress. Record and match payments accurately, fixing any small discrepancies quickly. Support month-end closing by ensuring all AR updates are completed on time. Collaborate with sales and operations to sort out billing or payment issues smoothly. Assist with general finance tasks when needed

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Debt Collection. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage. Detail-oriented and well-organized
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
