Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Petaling Jaya. \'Working from Home\' arrangement is subject to work performance and management approval. The Account Assistant will be responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, and general accounting support. The candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to join. Salary ranged from RM2,100 to RM2,800. Job Scope Assist in bookkeeping, data entry and bank reconciliation in closure of monthly accounts Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submission Assist in preparation of full set accounts and management reports Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statement preparation Liaise with auditors in preparation of clients\' financial accounts Assist in preparation and execution of company resolutions and SSM lodgments Assist in maintenance of company statutory records Job Requirement / Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to join) Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance management Excellent written and verbal Communication skills General Accounting knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy-oriented Proficiency in Accounting Software, i.e. Xero, Quickbook, SQL and/or AutoCount Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Proficiency in English and Malay (Proficiency in Chinese is a plus) Willing to travel Attention to detail and accuracy-oriented *Only shortlisted candidate will be informed*
