Job Description

Job Scope:



Handle customer invoicing, supplier payments, and account reconciliations. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Verify and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Ensure proper documentation for audit and internal review purposes. Record, manage, and generate transactions and reports using AutoCount. Ensure all data entries are complete and accurate for reporting purposes. Assist in stock reconciliation, cost control activities, and other finance operations.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in AR/AP functions. Proficient in AutoCount accounting software. Preferably with experience in the Retail line industry. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written). Immediate joiners or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Days & Hours:



Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
