Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount - added only if needed).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to start immediately or short notice is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR cycle including invoicing, receipts, credit notes, and adjustments.
• Manage e-Invoice submission and perform e-commerce reconciliation report
• Prepare aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and coordinate collection efforts as needed.
• Update payment in flow and forecast payment from customer in projection
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in collection and reporting.
• Proficient in SQL will be advantage
