Job Description
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration from a recognized institution (accounting emphasis).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Preferable 2-3 years of experience
- Be familiar with basic accounting principles
- Experience with SQL Accounting software or a similar accounting software package.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
- To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
- Responsible for general accounting for account receivable & payable.
- To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers, Company Secretary, Government Agencies etc.
- Prepare year end closing management account for audit purpose
- Able to handle a full range of accounts.
- Maintain proper filing procedures and maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and verification of payments, cheques, vouchers, and ad-hoc transactions.
