Job Description


  • Assist in processing of income statement, balance sheets and others financial statement according to legal and company accounting.
  • Prepare payment creditors, staff claims and intercompany invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements and statement.
  • AR Aging Reports, cash flow and others financial reports.
  • Payroll processing and administration (Generation monthly payroll, statutory contributions).
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial reports by the 15th of each month.
  • To perform general administrative operations and day to day accounting matters.
  • Support in inventory control such as stock movement report and others related to inventory matter.
  • Assist senior account in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Support and attend in company bedding local expo with extra allowance provided.
