Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication skills - both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English An analytical mind. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data. Ability to stick to time constraints.

Employment Type: Contract for 1 year (Will be convert to permanent staff base on performance)

Responsibility

Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in accounting system timely. Assist in annual audit exercise and annual stock take. Any other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. To be able to communicate and work independently with others related department. To prepare financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports and forecasts Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit & debit) Issues payment voucher or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations. Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes, redemption, SST & E-Invoicing) and assist in any other accounting related works. Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use Handle customer invoicing and collections. Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts. Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor. Assist management with finance/accounting analysis reporting's.
