Account Assistant (selangor & Bukit Mertajam)

Job Description


  • Provide administrative support to the operation and sales department, including managing and organizing key documents and data
  • Issue invoices and payment vouchers, and maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
  • To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement, general ledger and other accounting functions.
  • To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
  • Able speak English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
