Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Senior Accounts Executive with daily accounting tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and documentation. Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, invoices, and other accounting-related documents. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate recording and tracking of all payments. Maintain and update the general ledger accurately and promptly. Support timely month-end closing activities for management reporting purposes. Maintain an organized and efficient filing system to comply with audit and statutory requirements. Assist with other ad hoc finance and accounting duties as needed. Process employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare monthly inter-company billing documentation.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience are also welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills and a team player.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
