Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc. \xc2\xb7 To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedure. \xc2\xb7 To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, skype, phone or in-person. \xc2\xb7 Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets. \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
