Handle full set of accounts included AR and AP Ensure compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines. Ensure timely reporting and analysis relating to his/her area of responsibilities as and when required. Ensure sales and collection transaction is accurately and timely captured in the account. Monthly closing activities included accruals, account forecasting, account reconciliation and monthly reporting Record entries of invoices and receipts into the accounting system. Check and fill out the supplier Statement and Official Receipt. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Enter new or update vendor names and data. Prepare banking payment and government authorities payment such as Lesen Perniagaan, Cukai Taksiran and Cukai Tanah etc Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or its equivalent At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficiency in English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin To be able to work independently and with less supervision Experience with manufacturing background is advantage Can start working immediately is advantage Preferer Chinese Candidate
