We source our products from suppliers globally by purchasing their closeouts, cancelled orders, overruns, and off-season products. We do not sell pre-loved, rejected, counterfeit, and damaged products as they are eliminated through our stringent quality-checking process. Our global supply network allows us to offer a wide assortment of brand-name fashion, designer, cut label clothing, tableware, kitchenware, and home & living products. Currently, are located at more than 30 locations nationwide with plans to expand further.We are currently hiring an Account Assistant and the Job Requirement as follow:-

• SPM/ Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalents.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player, matured with good analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software an added advantage

Full-Time position availableResponsibilitiesAccounts Assistant Work Duties / Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily Sales collection and follow up if any queries
• Ensuring payments / collections, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
