• Possess at least SPM, LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or any other related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• A fast learner, meticulous, responsible and well organized.
• Possess positive attitude to learn and progress.
• Good in MS Excel and knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.
• Ensure that timeliness, quality and deadlines are met
• Responsible for other general accounting functions and administrative tasks
• Manage data entry & updating accounting records
• Maintain proper filing of accounts documents for record keeping
• Ad-hoc reporting as assigned
• Liaise with customers on all the disputes and outstanding invoices.
• Taking care of workers salary
• Handle company vehicle road tax, insurance renewals and claims.
