Job Description

Account admin/account assistant/admin(s)

Positive personality, motivated, good attitude, responsible, time management, self-discipline, work independently and able to multi-task. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciliations bank statement, account payable, account receivable, filing, handling other administrative tasks related to finance. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing process. Data entry into system. Assist accountant company on some account documentation preparation job. Book keeping, invoicing, paperworks, ad hoc tasks etc.
Requirements:

Must be able to handle full set accounts. Able to fluent communicate, written in English/Malay. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, spreadsheet, accounting system, e-invoicing is preferable. Processing and recording transactions into appropriate software program (QnE) Strong organisational and time management abilities. 5 working days.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Min 2 years

Salary:

RM3,000 - RM6,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
