Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
Reconciliation of direct debit mandates
Managing petty cash transactions
Filing
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Experience And Skill
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity.
Able to communicate in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with any accounting software system.
Qualification
Diploma / LCCI in accounting or its equivalent.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary range: Negotiable (requiring relevant experience)
