Job Description

We are looking for Officer Finance / Accounting or equivalent business-related studies to :

1) Assist Finance and Accounting department in delivering day-to-day tasks, to provide quality Finance services to our clients within the target timeline

2)The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for data entry and billing generation for both AR and AP. Prepare supporting documents for bill submission and assist. Ensure bill submission within stipulated time. Assist in monthly closing by completing the month billing. Assist in any task instructed by Executive or Manager Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
3) Excellent command of written and verbal English and other language proficiency will be an added advantage

4) Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves communication with Mandarin

5) Strong numeric ability and attention to detail with high level of accuracy

6) Strong time management skills in meeting tight deadlines.

7) Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Finance including Financial strategy and planning, Financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and governance and stakeholder relations.

8) Education in Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting

9) Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance / Accounting in automotive industry

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
