Responsibilities:

Prepare full sets of management accounts for the company. Accurately key in and update all accounting data in the USB Accounting System, ensuring timely completion. Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow. Handle all accounting and tax matters, ensuring timely submission to auditors and tax authorities. Review and verify all entity expense reports and fund requests. Ensure all accounting procedures are properly followed, with professional filing and documentation. Prepare monthly financial reports for the Group Financial Controller. Manage assigned banking matters efficiently. Review accounts receivable to ensure billing and payment records are accurate and up to date. Assist with HR and administrative tasks as required. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in handling full sets of accounts. Willing to participate in company events and activities. Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
